  • Poor customer service- ANTI MILITARY FRIENDLY, bad hair cut, poor ownership. First mistake-had two hair cuts , 1 with and 1 for my 7 years old. My haircut was decent but my sons hair was jacked up. When I asked KATE to fix her mistake she said "its just his hair." 4 days later I noticed I was DOUBLE CHARGED on my MASTERCARD and when I called I got the run around. We need to get your name and number and once we get an answer from the company we use thats been double charging people, we will call you!" I said, no! Not good enough, I felt like I was getting blown off. I asked for a manager "Devita", "oh shes busy right now." Obviously they dont know repeat customers is what makes a "hair cutting place." I will tell every Veteran at the VA Hospital I work at to stay away from this place, contest the charge with Mastercard and then go to the local news.
