  • When my dryer started making noises I looked on Yelp for a company to come out and take a look. I saw Vickie B recommended HQS so I called and made an appointment. Dave came out a few days later. Within minutes he told me what was wrong with my dryer and gave me an estimate. He took a quick look at my washer too and after looking at both he recommended replacing them. I appreciated his honesty. It was $65 for the estimate which is applied to any repairs you get done. I bought a washer and dryer that day and needed a new drain pan installed before they were delivered. I called HQS back to ask if it was something they did or could recommend someone. The girl who answered the phone said she would ask Dave and call me back. She never did. I found someone, so not a huge deal. A call back would have been nice though.
