  • Sandy Young is the branch manager at the scottsdale and camleback location . Wow! This old lady needs to retire ! She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She MUST be burnt out . She needs to stay home . If she treats everyone like she treated us I would be suprised to see her still working for russ lyon . I know its hard but a old lady like this just needs to throw in the towel and learn to play cards with the ladies at the retirement community. STAY AWAY FROM RUSS LYON AND SANDY YOUNG ! IF THEY HAD THE OPTION TO LISTEN TO HER PHONE CONVERSATIONS SHE WOULD BE SENT BACK TO THE OLD FOLKS HOME FOR GOOD ! Sandy do Russ Lyon a favor and just retire before they catch on to you and let you go . She makes the whole experience miserable. But like they say you give someone enough rope and they eventually hang themself . STAY AWAY FROM SANDY YOUNG !! It's time for grandma to retire !! Sandy you are not helping the Russ Lyon Brand!!
