  • During lunch time, I've gotten exceptionally slow service. I've even ordered from the self-serve machines at the front and have still had to wait 10+ minutes. In another instance, the cashier got my order incorrect and I had to line up again and wait just to get what I originally ordered. I do have to say though that I agree with the reviewer before me - the morning/lunchtime manager is always smiling and positive. It is close to my house and workplace so I will be back, but hoping for shorter wait times!
