Terrible experience with one your Sephora employees today. She refused to return two of my items because, "more than a drop was missing." This is not Sephora policy. I went the the one on camelback and they immediately apologized and refunded me for the remaining products.
Employees with bad attitudes like this are the reason I will never return tot his Sephora or this JCPenny. Perhaps management needs to speak to their employees before this JCPenny goes out of business like so many others.
