  • It was great being back in vegas. MGM has great Buffett. This time when we went to MGM for dinner we found hair in our food. I know it happens all the time. Reason why I'm giving them low rate is that they had bad service and attitude problems. Manager Eric was very nice. He offered our table a around of drinks. We got two drinks and I asked for red bull with a cup of ice. He brought me two red bulls and two cup of ice. When I was pouring red bull in the cup something was floating so I walked over to the manger and explained to him and he asked if i wanted another cup. I said no I have another cup that u gave me. When I picked up the cup I saw something in the cup so I walked it over to the bartender and explained to him that something is in the cup..... He grabs the cup from me and lifts up and says its out side the cup and turns around and slams it down. I walked over and grab the cup and showed it to him. He said it's a pepper!! I said that's fine but maybe something is in ur ice...... He got an attitude with me and all I wanted was a clean cup. After getting a cup with ice I walked back to my table. While I was sitting down I saw another waiter looking over our way while he was putting his hands up in the air mocking me. When I got up to walk out side he was pointing at me and making hand signs while he was talking to another waitress. He got caught doing it and he started to just shake his hand as if he got something wet in his hand. I explained to the manager and I wrote my name and number on the note. He said that they would call me but never followed up with me. They gave us free Buffett passes to come back and dine with them again. Like I said Buffett is good and my brother loves Buffett!! We went back and I'll tell u the customer service was great. If we went back and they had bad service they would have gotten one star. Would I go back to eat?!? Only if my brother wants to go back. Aria has a great Buffett also!!
