Thank you. I was supposed to get a call from Roy this morning who did call me four hours later yesterday instead of John, the Service Manager. I came home to a message from AutoNation, but whoever called did not leave a message and hung up. Fortunately, I found the air bag part at Findlay and drove all the way across town to get it done. It took about 2 minutes on the phone with them to get all the info for an appointment this morning. They also did an 85,000 mile service while I was there. Your staff could learn from them. Also if your staff did their jobs properly, you would not need to constantly post responses to reviews asking them to contact you.
