  • People are still very friendly and helpful, but something has changed in the 8 years we've been going here, and I'm not sure what. Sadly, it has been for the worse. Long wait times, even when it was previously called in the day or two beforehand. Super frustrating because it has happened many times now. Hope it improves because the staff is great.
