  • Wanted to give a big shout out to Andrew the manager at the North Scottsdale location. I went in today for the second time this week after I was having some frustrations with my newly purchased ski boots, and I have to say that Andrew and his team (including Ben) did a fantastic job of going above and beyond. They were extremely busy but despite these challenges they made sure they were giving every single customer the same level of great customer service - great leadership Andrew. I also had the pleasure of working with Gil from their Camelback location and he was exceptional as well, the guy basically has a Master's degree in anything that has to do with Boots and Ski Equipment. Props to the Ski Pro team, and thank you again Andrew, Ben, and Gil!
