  • We chose Arizona's Dukes of Air based on excellent Yelp reviews and were not disappointed. Our heat pump had not been looked at since we bought our house three years ago and decided it was time for a tune up. Kalem, our technician, was knowledgeable, courteous, on time, and answered all our questions. He was very informative when I asked about a whole-house fan and possibly augmenting our heat pump with a natural gas furnace. We ended up needing a minor part replaced in our attic unit, but I never felt Kalem was trying to up-sell us with something or a service we really did not need. All in all a very satisfactory experience.
