  • I went to Fuzz because I received a 25% off coupon and thought I would try it out. I went on a Friday after work without an appointment and they were able to see me within 20 min which was great. Two things made this experience less than stellar for me. The first was the two girls gossiping about their clients behind the font desk; I have no problem with chatting in the work place but have some discretion. The second item, is that for a business that is "all about waxing" they only have the one type of wax. The harsh wax that they are using caused me to breakout and burned my skin in a few places. To top it all off when I got home I realized I was charged full price and they did not take off the 25%. I will not be returning.
