  • Once again I tried Wireless Doctor on Monday night before closing and the tech acted like he could care less. He said plug it in overnight and if it doesn't work bring it in tomorrow. I'm gone on vacation for the next five days to Mexico so that won't work. It belongs to my handicapped adult son. I'm so tired of stupid people today first it was Citibank fraud department and now this. My computer tech said plug it in for 15 minutes and if there is no sign of life it's dead. That's exactly what happened.
