| - As I don't believe people write reviews for Auto Body shops as much as other businesses, I found it very difficult to choose a shop for the fender bender that we had. We had small parking lot damage to the rear quarter panel of our 2006 Audi A6, and I couldn't stand to look at it anymore.
We called our insurance company which directed us to this business. I received a phone call about an hour after getting off the phone with my insurance company asking if I would like to bring the car in that afternoon for an estimate. So I brought it in, and a very nice adjuster came out, took some pictures, and told me it'd be 15 minutes. And it was.
I decided to go ahead and go with this business. So far, my experience had been good. I brought the car in the following Wednesday, and was told it would be done by Monday. On Thursday, I got a call late in the day that they were waiting on a part and it would be done at the latest on Tuesday. No problem--the adjuster had told me ahead of time that the part was likely going to be necessary. So far so good, no surprises.
Come Tuesday, I get a phone call at 5:00pm letting me know our car was done. As I couldn't get there right away, I asked if I could show up at 5:30pm to pick it up. Again, no problem. They closed at 5:30, but he would wait for me.
I arrived, he spent about 15 minutes helping me understand the repair work, taking payment, and making sure that I understood the lifetime warranty, the nationwide coverage, etc. It was dark at this time, so I couldn't really inspect the car well.
We got the car home and next day I inspected it. You'd never know. The paint job was an exact match, and the dents were not detectable at all. My wife says you can see on the bumper where the scratch had been, but I could not.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the work at Auto Body World.
Oh, and the final price was just $25.00 more than the original adjuster estimate. Again, very happy with the work and happy with the price.
