  • My husband and I asked Puff & Fluff about Pet Sitting services and we were referred to Lisa. I admit I was apprehensive to use Pet Sitting services. In the past my husband and I will ask family and friends to watch our rat terrier and american bulldog. We felt it was a chore for them when they stayed at our home. My rat terrier has problems "marking" his spot in our home, so I'm very particular when it comes to him being inside. He needs to be in a crate or watched when he makes his way to the back door. I emailed Lisa and requested two home visits per day. She emailed back and advised she was available. She came to my home and was very pleasant, and told me that it wouldn't be a problem to come twice a day. I told her about the problem with my rat terrier and she offered to bring him to her home. I was stressed about leaving my rat terrier at home, and in the past found that others weren't as attentive while watching my dogs. I was so relieved that Lisa offered to take my rat terrier to her home with no problem. I also mentioned my concerns about my rat terrier being at her home with the "marking" issue and Lisa told me that it wouldn't be a problem, because she had small dogs and they had a designated area. Lisa came to visit our american bulldog twice a day and spent time with him outside. She updated me via text and sent pictures and videos of my dogs. I felt so relieved and knew they were both in good hands. Lisa was also flexible with my schedule and I was able to pick my rat terrier up with no issues. Lisa didn't have any questions or problems regarding our home, keys, and alarm. The prices for Puff and Fluff pet sitting were very reasonable. It was a great experience and a relief to know that I found someone reliable, and of course great with my dogs. It's obvious Lisa loves her job. When I arrived home I found a card from Puff & Fluff from Lisa and some doggie treats. It shows how the company and Lisa go above and beyond. I highly recommend Lisa and Puff & Fluff. It was a great experience and I plan on using her Pet Sitting services in the future!
