  • I went for an alignment and was advised they would check it out and if it needs repairs would let me know and not do alignment. Alignment was done after being there for 3 hours. Was advised need to need $1100 worth of repairs because needed control arms or something like that. My car has ran worse ever since. I called to let know and wanted them to look at it again and was advised nothing to look at. Needs repaired. I finally was able to get my car looked at by a different mechanic and was advised that the alignment should not have been completed. Cost to repair and new alignment $500. No more Express service. Have a new mechanic that is honest.
