  • My first impression was how dirty and old the carpet was. I chose Harbor Palace because of convenience. The were able to take a reservation over the phone. But when I showed up, they were not that busy to begin with. So the reservation didn't really help much. The food was decent, nothing to rave about. Service was ok, very typical for Chinese establishments. They did take a long time to return our CC back to us when we paid the bill, so who knows if it's been compromised. I guess we'll find out in a few weeks..
