  • I was excited to come back to Pink Pepper after they finally opened up again. I've been there plenty of times and have never had any problems. I was enjoying my dinner until I found something absolutely horrifying IN my food that is a major safety hazard - glass. A piece of glass was in the plum chicken - I would have swallowed it if it hadn't clanked against my teeth at the last second. What is going on in that kitchen of theirs that they can't detect a not-so-small piece of glass in the food they're cooking? Not only is it extremely dangerous, but it signifies how unsanitary that restaurant really is. I know they had a kitchen fire a bit of time before I went there, but if they're still dirty in the kitchen and have broken glass everywhere then why are they in service? They also had the nerve to also insist that I keep eating and pay for the meal - obviously I didn't. To all previous reviewers who praise this restaurant: your food may have tasted great, but is was probably handled with filthy and almost non-exsistent safety measures. To potential eaters: please go somewhere else, lest you find something even worse in your meal. ((This review is actually a few months old, I just didn't officially post it because my email never got confirmed because I only made an account to warn others.))
