rev:text	Bought my second bike after having BC build up a Surly LHT for my wife last year. This was a Sirrus Pro-Carbon that was discounted in Nov, had my eye on it thinking the size might be 1 size too big. Ty was helping me and he most gracious with his communications over the End of Year break. Went back in Jan, Ty had instant recall of the details, we walk over and it is now seriously discounted. Will it fit me I ask?..."Lets get to work"...Ty changes the seat post and the handlebar tube to shorten up that critical dimension and get an idea. He said "it looks good to me, lets book in with Ryan for a custom fit. One week later, 1h with Ryan.....he puts a different seat on, puts back the original tube, move some things around and he his satisfied with the fit. All of the swap parts at no charge, 1h custom fit, N/C (as it is with any new high end bike) all this even though it was heavily discounted. Wow! Outstanding (!!) service ethic at Bow Cycle with everyone who I interfaced with; Ty, thank you so much for taking all that time with me from "kicking the tires"...through several emails and then lead me straight to it the day it was heavily discounted (kismet I know)...Ryan, you are a magician, superb attention to detail, Thanks Mate. Last.....Derek, I have dealt with on the service desk, front desk, on the phone. This fellow, young as he is, understands the "Serve your customer" model. Always nice to finish up with you at the end of a pleasant buying transaction. Bow Cycle, the only shop in Calgary I would ever consider for my Biking needs.
