  • A few months ago my car died while driving from Peoria to Surprise. It just happened to be at a shady QT in El Mirage. My roadside assistance through State Farm contacted them and told me it would be about 45 mins. After 3 hours I found a ride and left my unlocked car with the keys in it. The car wasn't picked up for another 7 hours. I called multiple times to check the status and all but one call was ignored. The last call I was told "what's the big deal? You aren't even with your car."
