  • I loved this place! One of my best hotel experiences yet. Everyone that worked there was so overwhelmingly friendly and welcoming. Even riding the elevator, a staff member asked if there was anything they could do to improve my stay. They have a great hotel bar, and the hotel itself is in a perfect location within walking distance of everything in downtown Charlotte. The room was very comfortable and big too. And they have walk in showers! I love that!
