  • Very unhelpful. Have been rude to prospective buyers calling in to ask questions, to the point of hanging up on them. They are unresponsive regarding maintenance issues including cleaning out drainage during monsoon season. Had to sue them to get repairs made to my unit that, due to cc&r's, I was not allowed to do myself (wall and ceiling issues) and that were unsafe for living conditions. I don't recommend them.
