rev:text	I am extremely disappointed by this salon. My hair was a dark brown & I wanted to go grey. I understand this wasn't going to happen overnight. Bleaching my hair three times cost me $550, I never dye my hair so I don't know if that's a "normal" price but from talking to other salons & girls who get their hair done regularly, they say I got ripped off. There is no price list & prices weren't discussed until it was time to pay.Before coming to see a second stylist I contacted the original stylist who did my hair, who never got back to me. When I came back I was charged another 120 by the second stylist, which is a lot more normal. They dyed my hair with pravana silver & gave me a pretty color... But there was a slight green undertone. I mentioned it & was told once I washed it, it would get lighter. Instead when I washed my hair before work with purple shampoo, as instructed, my hair turned green! My job would not allow me to work with green hair. I went in & spoke with the owner of the salon who said she couldn't do anything for me that day, or the next. Possibly on Monday, (it was a Friday) She also said I missed my appointment with the stylist, which wasn't necessarily correct. I called to try and reschedule & was given the wrong stylists number by the front desk! I spent around $700 + gratuity & nobody cares that I'm unhappy with my hair. Everyone was nice at the salon, but nice doesn't fix my hair. I had to go to another salon to remove the green & get me back to blonde so I could work that weekend and not lose my job.
