  • I officially moved in back in May 2014. I am moving out immediatly. Two weeks ago our kitchen sink backed up, running the dishwasher meant black sludge backing up into the sink and overflowing. We put in a work order two weeks ago when black mold started growing. After 5 days, the fixed the garbage disposal but ignored the mold. We complained again and they did nothing. I've been to the er 3 times and regular dr 2x because it has made me so sick. I also found THREE termite hives, our apartment is crawling with roaches and beetles. And they will do nothing to help us. And that's just the beginning.
