| - Really nice chocolate. We've tried all the bars under $10, following the advice of the gentleman with the flowery descriptions at Calgary Farmer's Market. They should be tried 2 by 2, to compare. As the price goes up, the intensity of the flavours (and the concentration of the chocolate) goes up as well. The hot chocolate is very, very smooth, rich, and elegant, esp without the whipped cream. They don't like it when you show up 15 mins before closing. If you ask a question during this time, they will suddenly lose interest like Marie-Antoinette and walk away. Yes, I understand it's extremely rude in Calgary to walk in right before the close, but 700,000 of us come from elsewhere and that's why my $200 budget for teachers' Chrismas gifts won't go to Choklat, no matter how delicious their offerings.
