  • I am glad that I am the 1st one to post a true review about your malicious way of handling business. You refused to do the final walk through with tenant even I asked you so. saying that it is your policy not doing final walk thru with tenant presence. You did it without tenant and made up with something at the end that was unacceptable. When you did a mid-year or mid-lease inspection, your staff took bunch of pictures and told me that I kept the house spotless. A few months later when we moved out of the house the condition was absolutely the same/ spotless. If your staff was present when I checked out, all the fees you charged me would have been discussed. I moved out of the house early paid in full and even forfeit the one month security deposit so owner was fully paid even possibly got double rent if new tenant moved in early enough. I should have kept the rental house empty not returning it to you sooner since we paid for it the entire lease. Judy, we are highly educated and responsible people. We own multiple properties in Vegas now and we do work with management companies (as the landlord) after the bad experience with you. Vegas has its reputation but I still find people with integrity and honesty. You certainly have none of that. Look at all other reviews. None of your clients said anything positive about you or your business. It is time to admit your wrongdoing and improve your service.
