  • This guy is a piece of work. I can't warn you enough to stay away from him! He agreed to repair some broken pipes for me for $200 and then reneged on the deal demanding more money because he said he had to make multiple trips to the house. ON Thursday I left a check under the front door mat made out to Jay's Sprinkler Service with the expectation that the work would be completed while I was gone. He blamed me for making the check out incorrectly. He refused to take my calls or return my texts. When I finally got a hold of him he told me "I'm a big hitter, I have two homes in Anthem that are paid for I probably can blow you away with what I have, for $200 it's just not worth it for me!" This guy is unethical and dishonest! whatever he says can't be trusted. He quoted me $700 for re-sodding my lawn then demanded another $100 after we agreed on a price. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
