rev:text	Forced to come to this walmart to pick up a gift ordered by mother in law out of state. She didn't realize this Walmart was 15 minutes out of the way. My husband ran in to pick up the order from the special services desk. The employee who helped him was rude, condescending, ignorant, and kept asking inappropriate questions. Basically treated my husband like he was trying to steal what was order for him to pick up by his mother. Interrogated him about what was IN the package asking what age the gift was for, why he would need the doll..... IT WAS FOR OUR 8 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. She had is ID in hand while asking for more information than appropriate, gave him attitude the whole time and then blatantly told him "she had to make sure because people who are Jr. always try to steal stuff" This whole process took almost 30 minutes with him being her only customer, while i sat in our truck with my 8yr old and her 2yr old sister screaming. It took me an hour to get through the phone line to speak to a manager while we drove home. A girl kept answering the phone and hanging up on me over and over. I had to say that I knew she was doing it on purpose and would report her if she did it one more time before I actually got through. The manager seemed angry about the behavior of both the customer service representative who i explained was wearing a yellow safety vest, and the phone center. At the way this place is running so far I have no idea if anything was ever done about it. I have never had such horrible customer service at any other walmart EVER.
