  • IF I could do 0 I would. Vivint Smart Home Vivint Smart Home (Las Vegas) Vivint Security Services you are a horrible company. We have paid for your services for many years and the last couple the system has been crippled and barely functional. Won't arm remotely, won't unarm. The smoke detector hasn't worked in years. The only fix ever offered was to spend hundreds of dollars to buy new equipment. How about you support your customers? So we decided to let it be using what functions did work and cancel as we move out of our home. I have spent over 2 hours on hold in the last week trying to cancel the service, sent emails, and talked to numerous account representatives and finally today I am told that you won't turn it off for another 30 days per your policy? That's great, charge us again for your worthless product and continue to show your true colors as an absolutely disgusting company. I will be filing complaints with any public and government agency I can and put as many bad reviews on every site imaginable to warn others of your utter failure in customer service. If even one person avoids your horrific company then I have succeeded. You suck at life.
