Really I beg to differ,
8 phone calls & 4 months of waiting to get a trash receptacle, guess what? We still don't have a trash receptacle, which is an ordinance. I guess since there is no other options for trash pickup, Republic doesn't have to uphold any type of customer service. After 8 phone calls all saying the same thing, we'll bring a container right out and it has yet to be done, you would think, you would be able to talk to a supervisor, but noooo Supervisors don't take phone calls, wow! So the same incompetency rolls over, call after call, after call. 4 months, 8 phone calls, hours of time & still no results, this has to be one of the poorest run companies stealing our money month after month.
