  • My wife had an appointment for 2:30 as stated in her email confirmation. We showed up 2:15. The receptionist told us we had to reschedule due to being late after driving over an hour from North Las Vegas. She said the appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM and that we should not have listened to the written stated time of 2:30. When she was shown the appointment on the email, she got nasty with my wife. We will NEVER be going back there. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF
