I want to like Ribs & Burgers more, but I can't. With the word "burgers" in your name, one would expect a burger cooked correctly. I guess that's asking too much. I was torn between the Aussie and Wagyu, ultimately ordering the Wagyu burger. Burgers come cooked medium, so I went along with the recommendation. Unfortunately, mine came out well done. Such a waste of Wagyu beef. For a restaurant to be two levels off on the doneness scale is disappointing, especially considering I ordered at the recommended level.
The employees were friendly, but the speed of service was lacking. This restaurant doesn't know if it's fast food or sit down. I don't mind having no service after ordering at register, but you need to figure out your identity. If you have the soda fountain behind the counter and bring out drinks after seating as if it were a sit down restaurant, then you need to provide service and refills like a sit down restaurant. I finished my whole burger before ever getting a refill on my soda. By then it was too late.
On the bright side, the fries were tasty. They remind me of the fries I used to get at lunch in middle school. The sweet potato tots were delicious. You can't go wrong with sweet potato anything.
