  • For a local shop in our community, this shop is a true disappointment! I have been disappointed 3 times... And will not try again! The shop is not a very nice atmosphere. They don't greet you in a friendly manner. They make you wait even when you have an appointment. Just disappointed since we should come out feeling positive and pretty since we are paying for such services. 1st time I got an acrylic fill with gel polish and within a week my nails lifted. 2nd time I got a gel manicure and it peeled off within 4 days. 3rd (and final) time the guy said my nails are "too thin from having acrylics" and I need to "dip them in powder (extra $10) to help the polish stick. And here we are, a week later, the gel is peeling and cracked and my nails are broken and look awful! They speak in Vietnamese in front of you when they could speak English, which I find disrespectful.
