| - While Verizon use to be the best in service and customer service , that is NO LONGER The case!
Sadly, after 10 years my calls were not clear. For the last year, I have had nothing but complaints from my clients. I have spoke with Carlo from the sat rose location for a year regarding the problem . What has become glaring to me is, he doesn't care to help you unless he is making money. A new account , something you are purchasing.
Then there is sandy, the GM. She has been a nightmare to work with! Every time she says she will take car of something. BEWARE, 9-10 she drops the ball! Has no apologies for it and won't make it better for you
Then, there is peter, another manager. After saying he could take care of my issue and sent me all the way home to get equipment; then changed his story. He had even looked up my account before sending me back!!! But, after returning told me he didn't do his due diligence and couldn't help me.
Lastly, there is William edge ( district manager). I sent him an email and have heard no response!
All and all I have to say, Verizon has always Been the most expensive and I have tolerated it because they had the best customer service! But now, it's true sprint and AT&T are just as good and half the price. Sadly , they have the same in customer service. So... choose what you want.
I choose half the price for the same service and same customer service!!! Switched to T-mobile and been very happy!
Contract is done in a month. I'll pay one cancellation fee and take my line elsewhere ! I hope more people do and Verizon learns it's lesson
