  • My boyfriend and I have lived at San Capella for about 13 months now. I am always reading YELP reviews to help me make choices about businesses and wanted to write a review that I hope will help others when looking at San Capella. We have thoroughly enjoyed our living experience at San Capella and are only moving this spring due to job location. Here are the Pros and Cons Pros: The Grounds are Resort style and always well maintained. The pool is very large and beautiful. They have a playground, large pet area, VB Court, a nice gym, fireplace outdoors, several grills, hot tub, and the pool is heated so even swimming in the winter months is enjoyable! The apartments are large with plenty of storage and priced very reasonable and in-line with the area. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, large closets, and laminate flooring. The staff is WONDERFUL!! Melissa, the manager, has always been so helpful in addressing any issues we have had in a very professional manner. Maintenance has always responded quickly and even gone out of their way to help with things in the apartment. The other office staff - Amber, Lauren, Stella, all of the them are always friendly and very helpful. The apartment complex itself is very quiet - even walking around the complex in the evening, it is very quiet and peaceful Cons: Location - San Capella is a great complex, but the location for us is not that desirable. You can't really walk to many restaurants, bars, or other businesses except Walmart or the gas station. Residents need to SLOW DOWN!! Residents tend to drive a little fast through the parking lot and don't always pay attention. Management is wonderful about sending reminders and addressing residents when it is brought up however. Overall, San Capella and Melissa and her team are wonderful and definitely a 5-star operation. We will be sad to leave in March! I highly recommend San Capella for people looking for a new residence in this area!!
