  • DO NOT HIRE A MOVING COMPANY THAT USES ANTHEM AS THEIR CLAIM MANAGEMENT COMPANY. What a joke!! 4 months. I waited 4 months for them to process my claim. I am an extremely thorough person and I know that my paperwork was impeccable. The moving company (Associates Transport, don't use them either) broke 2 surfboards, a mirror, a sofa, a table, lost a steam mop and some other stuff. The result: a whopping $24 reimbursement. I probably paid more than that to send the package to begin with. They were rude when I called, inept, unorganized, and treated me as though I was the jerk for calling after two months to see were my simple claim was.
