  • Warning: this review is part of my continuing search for a good coffee shop in which to write, wifi, and think. The coffee, cookies and sweets are super-yummy. But it is dark. It is dank. Why they ever picked that color for a room with not much light from outdoors is beyond me. As the Isthmus wrote in their review: "While the build-out is attractive, fluorescent lighting casts a ghoulish dead glow over both faces and food." Pretty much.
