Yes it's has friendly cool wait staff a nice open patio that is dog friendly but a sprinkle of Scottsdale douchebaggery and hipsters but comes with the territory. Weekends are extremely busy for breakfast and lunch. Valet is probably the best choice or if you bike there they have bike parking behind the patio by the canal. The menu for the most part is new american but has a variety from pulled pork to stuffed won-tons. I like the late night and happy hour menus too. Ridiculous amount of draft beers and at the inside bar some cool one off scotch whiskies and I think even sakes(maybe it was Asian scotch) to try. If you're trying to be seen or checking out the talent that Scottsdale brings go on a weekend late morning early afternoon but prepare to wait. If you want good beer something to eat and just wanna chill try a weeknight.
