  • Run away! This review is intended for the door department only. The sales person, Tim Yadeska, has terrible customer service and basically blew us off!!! We left our plans for him and he said that he was busy and would get us a quote within a few weeks. A few weeks later, no quote. We called and emailed but no reply. Finally, after 4 weeks, he told us he would send it but we still didn't receive anything. He kept giving us the run around and after two months we called letting him know our frustrations and he said he would send it the next day and that he was "just finishing it up." Well, now it is 6 months past and still no quote! Do not deal with this company for doors, or at least don't deal with Tim. Terrible! What a shame! We will be giving out business elsewhere.
