  • My mom and I both had appointments for an hour facial at Re Salon and Med Spa. Our appointments were at 11a so we got there around 10:50a. Once we were there we waited a while before getting into our rooms. I think we were finally greeted and taken into our rooms around 11:05. We both really enjoyed the facials and the girls that gave them to us were very nice and pleasant. Our only complaint was that we didn't feel like we received a true hour facial. I get that they need to give you a few minutes to change before and after but considering the facials didn't start until 11:10 and we were finished at 11:50 just doesn't cut it. I just feel like we weren't compensated for what we paid for. For $95, 40 minutes is not acceptable. I can only imagine how long their 30 minute facials actually are. Because of this, I doubt we will ever be back.
