  • Walking into the building did not feel very welcoming. There was a ceremony going on when my friend and I walked in. We were invited to sit in the inner room but all the seats were taken. I took a glance at a few brochures and the Buddhist philosophy practiced here is pretty cool. The main demographic of the congregation was Asian and some mistook my friend and I to speak their language. My main objective of going to this temple was to satisfy my curiosity. I saw that they have studies on certain days in both English and Chinese, so I was glad that they have studies available to the general public.
