rev:text	DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Been waiting till I had some free time to write this YELP review. I lived at Miro at the Parc for about 1 year. I was a great attendant. I payed my rent on time, or early every month. I gave my 60 day notice to move out on time, and was all out of my apartment when I was supposed to be. Let me start off by saying Jamie the office manager is the most FAKE person I have ever encountered. And not to mention very very RUDE. I can't wait to make the call on upper management specifically on her. Because that call will most definitely be made. You do not treat people with the way you talk to them, its honestly terrible. So I was literally charged for every little thing on my MOVE OUT. I had $100 deposit that I was supposed to get back, and yet I was still charged $150. It's funny too because I can't wait till I do call upper management because I took photos from every room in my apartment in case this would be an issue. I even took photos of the toilets and inside the cabinets to show it was clean. And the bathroom floors I even have photos of. **I highly recommend this to everyone!! when moving out of an apartment or a house so you have proof on how you left everything. I have all the photos on my cell phone with date and time. So literally I got changed for a bunch of BS and I have the proof that it was VERY CLEAN! And apparently Jamie is the one doing all the walk throughs so it was her who charged me for every little thing. I broke my ankle ON PROPERTY!! a few weeks before I moved out and I did my very best still to make sure my apartment was perfect. And I get $150 in charges and completely lose my $100 deposit. Unfortunately I was not able to touch up the small holes in my sons room and I was told it would be taken care of WITH NO CHARGE. I had a broken ankle for god sake that I broke on this property coming down their stairs. And I was charged $99 for the holes in the walls??? Extremely ridiculous. I wish I could post photos up to this review so you guys can see how clean my apartment was. SPOTLESS. The carpet was also in perfect condition as well. But I will again be sure to have upper management take a look at all the photos I have. I went into the office to pay the ridiculous $150 in charges by the date I was supposed to. (which I'm going to be asking for a refund on my money after I show upper management my photos that I have.) And I left the money order on one of the desks because I had to rush into work. I then call not even 30 minutes later. (mind you I have a receipt and I had too photos of the money order for copies for myself. Jamie answers the phone with a horrific attitude. And goes, I can't believe you just left it there?? Talking to me like I'm stupid and I don't appreciate it. Like who talks to someone like that??? Miro at the Parc has the worst management Jamie working for them. And hopefully they will find someone new in the future to take her position. Because someone like that shouldn't be working for this company. I come from store management retail background and I would never in my life hire someone like that. Absolutely NOT. I love how I read through all the reviews on here and some of them talk about how management is very RUDE. So I'm definitely not the only one who thinks this way. One of my co workers also lived at this property about a year ago and told me they moved out because how awful management was. So What does that tell you???? Management is clearly a problem at this property and hopefully it will be fixed. As in hiring someone new. Because Jamie has a fake personality you can hear it in her voice when she answers the phone. And also is very rude and has an attitude. I remember when I put in my 60 day notice she was soooo rude. And acted like a total Btch about it. I hate to use that word. But that's honestly how she acted towards me. She didn't even try and convince me to stay. Not in the least. She just gave me a sheet of paper to sign and that was that. Seriousely??? Would you want to live at a property with someone acting this way towards you? No I highly doubt it. The only good thing about Miro at the Parc was Jim and that's it. Thank you for always being so nice to me and my son. I really appreciate it. I would of gave this property 0 stars but unfortunately I had to put 1 on here. I will never again tolerate someone in management like Jamie talking to me they way she did. I should of called upper management way sooner.
