This review is specifically for wintertime fun.
I had heard that Greenwood Park had a skating path, and not just your typical ice rink so we decided to check it out. I'm glad we did!
To start, they have a great inside area/changerooms to put your skates on. Really warm, benches, nice bathrooms with the rubber mats so you don't have to ruin your blades. The skating path was a great change from the normal ice rinks we usually visit. Just a bit more interesting with some nice straightaways to pick up some speed by not having to be turning constantly.
Right next to the skating path was a nice big sized shinny rink with boards and glass and really well lit.
I want to come back and skate here a few more times during the winter. It's artificial ice so it's still open on the milder days.
