  • I had made an appointment online which was easy to do. They seemed to be booked up when looking online but once I got there there was no one waiting. My appointment was at 2:30 on a Tuesday. I was kind of turned off by the unprofessional discussion being held by the two staff who were quite loud and didn't curb their discussion even though I was within five feet. I had to wait to be checked in because they were finishing their discussion about mistresses, wills, and such. Facility was clean and easy to find.
