  • On a flight from LA to Toronto (AC796 Saturday May 19th) we were delighted to be taken care of by service director, Karen. Although we were delayed by over 2 hours (on tarmac in LA) Karen managed to ensure passengers were informed on the situation, updated on progress and taken care of. She personally made the entire experience manageable. Thank you Karen. We know your job is not easy but you made it seem effortless.
