  • We have stayed in a house with their administration for 2 years, we have never passed a day on payments. We have maintained the frontyard and backyard, I would consider us as good renter. We have never had problems with previous renter companies. The issue is they send us $3,550 final bill after we leave the house. They were lieing and exaggerating the items. They have bille $1900 only for painting
