  • This place is beyond helpful! Everyone there is positive, kind, giving and encouraging! They take the time to walk you through the exercises and to show you proper form. They are also willing to help you modify and don't judge you. I am currently enrolled in their 6 week challenge and it is just a great program. No pressure, no judgment - just loving and kind people willing to help you become a better version of yourself. I've done similar challenges in the valley and felt a lot of pressure, judgments and not so nice people at the gym. I felt very discouraged. This gym is willing to work around any injuries you have and won't make you feel like you are making "excuses." They meet with you weekly to discuss your progress and they really get to know you. You are not just another 1 out of 200 people in a challenge that is grouped into the same thing as everyone else. Just a great environment and a safe environment that will help you get your health back on track.
