  • Que mal se portan con la gente en este lugar. No hay nada de profesionalismo. Requieren citas y no las respetan, te hablan como ala hora. Su sitio de internet no te dan mucha información por cualquier tipo de situación, por ejemplo si perdió su pasaporte no indican los documentos que tenga que presentar para solicitar uno nuevo. Su número de teléfono de nada sirve nunca contestan y nunca regresan las llamadas cuando se les deja mensaje de voz. Deberían de ser más gentil y ayudar ala gente, no portarse tan sangrones This place is the worst. They require an appointment for everything which would be fine if they would actually do them accordingly, that call you like an hour later. The employees here are so rude and not helpful at all. If you ask an employee for help/questions they seem bothered. Their website isn't informative at all, they don't state everything that you need for each process. They're telephone line isn't any help either, they never return any calls when a voicemail is left. I think they should be more helpful towards ppl and more informative in any way they can be but they're just plain rude.
