  • Brought my car in for an emission check which the said they do, along with a maintanence check. Not only did they mislead me in thinking they performed smog checks, but the maintenance work they did was subpar ...and that's being nice. No smog check was done- because THEY DONT DO THEM! They didn't use the right oil- they used the cheap oil which my car used synthetic oil. They were supposed to clean the air ducks and they did not and charged me. Also, they were to change the washer blades- they did not. They claimed their printer wasn't working that day and could provide a receipt only a work order. I felt taken advantage of and clearly they didn't do their job! I'll never go here again or refer anyone. GO TO JIFFY LUBE!! THEY DID EVERYTHING CORRECT AND IT ONLY TOOK THEM 30 MINUTES...and they were friendly and upfront.
