I came here twice.
The first time I came here the atmosphere seemed great. It was a Saturday night and pretty busy. It was for a friends birthday dinner.
We waited for the rest of the party to arrive before any of us wanted to order dinner. It seemed the waitress was annoyed from the very beginning.
After we decided to order the waitress seemed to careless about our drinks being refilled. She would rudely reach over our plates and in between us without saying "excuse me". Anytime anybody wanted anything she would ignore them as she walked away.
I thought it was just me but we all noticed it. I understand if your waiting on a large party it may seem overwhelming. If that is the case than management should assign two waitress's to the party so that everybody gets what they need.
The food was great and I can't even complain about it because the food had nothing to do with the waitress.
On the second visit back. We went during lunch. It was not happy hour but normal lunch hours. Our waitress didn't even make eye contact or smile or anything at all other than show up at our table to take our order and after our food arrived she asked if we needed anything else after we were almost done. When we needed refills on our drinks she never even offered anybody a refill except for the person who had a empty glass. We finally got refills from the bus boy.
The food was great. I can't say the service is wonderful. The hostess is friendly.
I would go back because I love their sushi but I wish they would get better waitress's who actually care about the customers needs.
