  • Ugh, i don't want to be that person.....but alas. Not that I visit many of these locations, but this one had terrible customer service. As my mom and I walked in, we saw two women working. The one facing us appeared to be available so we approached her. Without any acknowledgement, she turns back to the customer she was helping. I don't think it was absurd to have asked for a simple smile or even a "welcome in, we'll be right with you". We stood around a bit and found a manager sitting in the back. We approached him and he helped us, but this was a good 5 minutes. I also don't think that it's crazy for him to have proactively asked because we were aimlessly looking at the walls to find a replacement for our broken part. We spent maybe 3 minutes being helped by someone in the roughly 15 minutes we were there. Just such a bad experience. The gentleman that came in after us too was completely ignored. At least it wasn't us!
